The French company KUHN Group will invest 3 billion rubles in a plant near Voronezh. The enterprise will be the first investor’s plant in Russia, the press service of the Regional Government said. The meeting on the implementation of the investment project of KUHN Vostok LLC was held by Head of the Region Alexander Gusev on Tuesday, October 22.
The plant will produce agricultural machinery: tillage machines, plows, harrows, cutters. The enterprise will be built on the territory of the Aydarovsky rural settlement in Ramonsky District. Over 30 jobs will be created in it at the first stage, later the number will be almost doubled. The investor chose the Voronezh Region because of good sales markets (new production areas, the demand for increased productivity and an increase in the size of farms), qualified specialists and favorable economic conditions.
The launch of the first phase of the plant is scheduled for 2020. Over 380 million rubles have already been invested in the project.
