Governor Alexey Gordeyev has established a commission to comply with the town-planning norms and rules when providing land for construction in Voronezh. According to the resolution published on the official Internet portal of legal information on Monday, May 22, decisions of the new collegial body will be advisory
The main task of the town planning commission is recommendations on the provision of land plots for construction in Voronezh, “consideration of issues on the current town-planning situation concerning land plots in the State Cadastral Register”. In addition, the commission may recommend changing the type of permitted use of land.
The issues for consideration at the meeting of the Commission are submitted by the Regional Department of Property and Land Relations (DIZO). It will also monitor the commission’s activities.
The Chairman of the Town-Planning Commission was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Regional Government, Maxim Uvaidov. It also includes Head of the Department for Registration of Rights to Land Plots for Legal Entities DIZO, Ivan Kuprin, Deputy Chairman Vitaly Shabalatov, Mayor of Voronezh Alexander Gusev, Head of the Regional Department of Architecture and Urban Development Marina Rakova, Head of the Department for the Protection of Objects of Cultural Heritage Nikolai Petrishchev, Head of the Department of Housing and Public Utilities and Ecology Galina Smirnova, Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Ecology Alexey Karyakin, Acting Head of the City Department of the Chief Architect Svetlana Ogneva, First Deputy Head of DIZO Irina Gorkina, Deputy Head of DIZO Galina Baskakova.
