A free Voronezh Region audio guide has been launched for those traveling along the M-4 “Don” Federal Highway. This was reported by the tourist information portal of the region on Wednesday, May 13.

The application will help you learn about the history of Voronezh places, about interesting locations along the way. Also, the users will be told where to stay and what can be brought as a gift to relatives. The guide includes stories about the residents and their customs, about famous people who were born and lived in Voronezh.

“The Voronezh Region is very advantageously located geography-wise - its territory is crossed by the longest federal highway in Russia, M-4 “Don”. The highway connects the South of Russia with the capital of our country. During the summer period, the flow of tourists heading south and back increases,” the experts of the tourist information portal noted.

Just install the application on your mobile phone and the audio story will automatically start playing. The guide can be downloaded in the izi.TRAVEL application. You can also listen to it here.

There are 40 audio tours in total. In the future, it is planned to create audio guides for Voronezh. The project was organized by the autonomous non-profit organization “Center for Entrepreneurship Support of the Voronezh Region” with the support of the regional Department of Entrepreneurship and Trade.
