About 145 thousand people have visited Lenin Square during the New Year’s holidays - from Tuesday, December 31 to Wednesday, January 8. This was reported by the press service of the Voronezh City Hall.

Voronezh residents were let on the renewed Lenin Square on December 26. In addition to the main Christmas tree, it had an installed “2020” entry unit, several theme-specific photo zones based on the “The Nutcracker”, flower pot stands with Christmas trees, lighting poles with garlands, a carousel, a “starry sky” above the ice rink, and fun-fair houses.

The entrance to the square was equipped with metal detector frames, guests were allowed in from 10:00 to 22:00 every day and until 1:00 on New Year's Eve. The festive decorations will begin to be disassembled on Monday, January 20.
