A new brand of high-viscosity polybutadiene rubber (SKD-ND VV) with properties improving tire performance has been developed at the Voronezhsintezkauchuk Plant. The brand has successfully passed the tests in one of the leading tire manufacturing companies and was introduced into production, the press service of the enterprise reported on Thursday, February 20.

Using the new tire material will improve grip and reduce energy loss from rolling resistance. This will not only reduce fuel costs and make driving safer but also lead to a reduction in carbon dioxide emissions.
