Four livestock complexes to open in the Voronezh Region in 2019. The complexes will appear in the villages of Bodeyevka, Korshevo, Dobrino and in Bobrov. This was announced by Director General of Management Company EkoNiva – APK Holding LLC Stefan Duerr at a meeting with head of the region Alexander Gusev on Monday, December 17. The meeting was also attended by Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Voronezh Region Viktor Logvinov.

The construction of the complexes has been completed. The capacity of each of them is 2.8 thousand heads. Stefan Duerr invited the head of the region to the opening of the complexes in early 2019.

The Director General of the agricultural holding also told about their plans to increase the storage capacity of the elevator in the village of Vysokoe in Liskinsky District and to build workshops for the production of compound feed in the same village, as well as in the village of Korshevo in Bobrovsky District. In 2019, a plant for the production of whole-milk products, cheese, butter with a capacity of 60 tons of milk per day in the village of Shchuchye, Liskinsky District, will be commissioned. About 780 million rubles will be invested in the project. In 2020, the modernization of the dairy factory in Anna will be completed. The project’s goal is to increase the production capacity for milk processing from 300 to 440 tons per day and to organize a workshop for the production of curd and dry whey. Investment in the project is 1.7 billion rubles. Implementation of the project for the construction of a factory for the production of cheese and baby food with a capacity of 2 thousand tons per day. The volume of investments will be more than 25 billion rubles.

Eight livestock farms operate in the region – from 1.2 thousand to 2.8 thousand forage cows each. They plan to commission another 12. The task is to reach the level of milk production of 2 thousand tons per day within three years.
