The IL-76 of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations (EMERCOM) delivered 183 cubic meters of humanitarian aid to China struck by the coronavirus. Its collection was launched on Thursday, February 6, the press service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry said. It was put together in Voronezh, Moscow, and Tver regions.

The cargo delivered to China consisted of personal protection equipment and medications. The aircraft was equipped by the order of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

In Voronezh, since January 2020, the six patients have been suspected to be infected by the coronavirus. In five cases, the disease was not confirmed, the sixth Voronezh resident who had recently returned from China was sent to the hospital on February 6. His tests were submitted for examination.
